We signed up for a yearly plan in May 2020, and this plan has pretty much taken care of all our needs. The plan was thought out in a way that we didn’t need to worry too much about anything. It is a “Set it and Forget it Plan.” Full Comprehensive Service. It took a great deal of pressure off of us knowing everything is being taken care of. We could also call whenever we needed it for in between services.nnOur favorite service professional at Proof Pest Control is Eddie, by far he stands above everyone they have.nnWe didn’t want anyone else after we met him so we requested that he’d be the one coming back every time if possible. He is extremely cordial and professional, always on time and with a smile. He always answered all our questions with clarity and enthusiasm. He is an expert is his field. He remembers details about our family like having cats and a baby and is always adoptable to our needs, going over and above to make sure we are getting the best service possible. He puts a genuine color and personality into the service, in a warm and comforting old fashioned way—a true and rate service professional. Just what you hope for when you set sail with a company on a long-term plan like this.nnWe always look forward to Eddie visiting and feel comfortable that we are getting the best service.nnWe recommend that you both Go with Proof and Ask for Eddie.

I am so impressed by Proof. Jamie Toman is awesome, he's been our tech and is always really friendly, professional, and willing to come back at any time we need him. We have them come quarterly and if we see any critter in the house they're a quick email away and they often respond instantly, and the good news is they don't charge if they need to come back after their service. Very impressed by their service all around. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for pest control!

Jamie was very helpful, professional and truly compassionate to our circumstances as well as we had to reschedule a few times on him prior to our initial service. The company as a whole was super understanding and helpful with everything, no matter who I got on the phone they were always so kind. Will definitely use them again in the future as needed. I am very pleased with Proof Pest Control. They provide excellent customer service. They spayed my house and 2 week later I had another mouse in my home. Proof came back and resprayed at no additional cost. I no longer have a mouse problem. I will continue to use and highly recommend them.

I've been very happy with Proof Pest - they notify me when it's time for my quarterly service, everyone who's been here has been great - I especially appreciated Russell today because he knocked on the door to let me know he was here, explained what he would be doing today and then did his job! When I started with them a year ago I had ants in the back yard near the house and mice that occasionally found their way into the basement. No mice last winter and no ants this past year, no mice yet this season - I'm happy!
