The test was smooth and the staff was courteous but I didn't get my test results on time, that I needed for travel purposes. They mislead customers on their website by saying that results are available within an hour but only antigen and antibody results are available in an hour.nAfter swabbing you, you'll be informed that RT-PCR results may take up to 1-3 business days and that you can call on their Lynnwood number but I called 17 times today and nobody answered.nI messaged them on their app amd no response there either. It's been over 3 days and now those test results are useless to me.nPlease go here only if you wish to waste your time and money. BEWARE!
