I’m the worst kind of customer. I don’t plan ahead. I stop in frequently and order arrangements to go...usually more than one. I am always met with a smile and a “no problem”. These ladies are fantastic. They are professional, fast, the flowers are fresh and the arrangements are really beautiful, artistic. Really can’t recommend enough!
I sent my mom flowers and their driver left the arrangement on their front steps while they were at home. The outside temperature was 17 degrees and the flowers died before they were discovered. No one from the shop even called to let them know that the driver left them on the front steps. The business called them the next day to let them know they’d have a replacement sent either that day or the next day. Four days passed and they sent a 6” long ceramic vessel with a few sprigs of greenery. No flowers at all. The arrangement fit into the palm of my hand.nObviously the value of a happy customer is not a focus here.
flowers were beautiful and the shop took an extra step to call both us and the family we were delivering flowers to so they would be home for delivery (since it was so cold out). great service!
Excellent quality and service! I have ordered from this florist twice and both times were very short notice (same day) and they got them delivered on time and the flowers were very high quality.
Me and my sister walk in to order flowers for our uncles funeral, they made the process so quick and easy, excellent customer service, arrangements were beautiful and delivered ahead of time! Very satisfied customer! Definitely recommend their service! And they have the best price!
