First, the store is most definitely open on sunday 11 to 1800, don't know why it says closed. The store is small but decent selection and can't beat no sales tax. They're always super friendly. Live off post but it's always worth the drive. Also the person who think they have raised the prices of liquor to match the off-post taxed price is crazy - not even close. Some things are a few dollars more due to their lower volume ordering, but no where near the total of 20% tax + liter tax off post.

So last week I go in the store and I buy a bourbon that is hard to find. This is the second time I have bought it there. I find out that they get a delivery each week. So this time I call in advanced to see if it had arrived. Lady who picks up the phone clearly has a speaking English problem. She tells me that the class 6 doesn't sell this bourbon, and it doesn't carry it. Is it common to hire incompetent people in your store? What garbage.

This AAFES Class Six store is fantastic. It isn't very large, but they make the most of their space to provide a large selection of foreign beers and wines. The store is conveniently located next to Military Clothing. The staff at this store have always treated me with great respect and are very helpful with finding particular items in the store. During Christmas Season, this store stocks German Gluhwein beverages which are great for those who have served in Germany.

SEP 2020 - This has been relocated to the south side of the main exchange. More square footage with more brands and increased inventory. Parking in front of the store is totally inadequate. It's easier just to park across the street in the Texas Roadhouse parking lot.nThey WILL special order anything the local distributors carry if it isn't in stock.nJUL 2019 - Fairly good selection of spirits, wine, and beer. Some, but not a lot, of savings here for most merchandise. It seems many popular spirits are priced to match the item with the same taxed item off base...but not all; Black Velvet price averages $14.00. I got a case of Elysian Space Dust IPA for $19.00 on special.nLocal / regional craft beers are cheaper at Safeway, Fred Meyer, and Costco.nWashington state requires merchants to charge about $2.75 recycling fee per 750 ml bottle PLUS 21% Spirits tax on retailers price for all that's not beer/wine. The base is not required to pay any state taxes so it's all profit for MWR.nIf you found this to be helpful or informative please consider giving a thumbs up.

Store is well stocked most of the staff is very helpful, people like Jennifer however make a big deal about checking ID's. Not for age but to see if you have a military ID period...which normally I understand but if I walk in with a person in full uniform and they hand you an ID maybe don't also ID the SO.
