Owyhee County Museum & Library

We have visited multiple times every year for the past 4 years, and see/learn something new every time. The folks that run it are absolutely amazing and friendly (even with our young kids running around excited). Tonight we went to their Country Christmas and had a great time. Good food, fun entertainment (Model T rides, and a trip in a horse drawn wagon, live music) and just had a wonderful time. Thank you to each of the people that work so hard to make events like tonight so memorable.

A fantastic old west museum. A staff of WONDERFUL, HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE FOLKS WHO YOU CAN TELL LOVE THEIR MUSEUM.nThe director was a joy to talk with, we got a fantastic guided tour as well.nIf you love the turn of the century West this is a must see. Make sure to hear the bellow driven piano, what a wonderful instrument. Catch this one.

Great little museum. With excellent dioramas and displays. The auxiliary barn with the tractors is not to be missed. Betsy was an awesome your guide.
