Waited on by a women that wasn’t wearing a mask. Also some customers were without masks and no one ask them to put one on. I was with someone who is 68 years old and a diabetic. It was very up setting to us.

They blatantly ignored my phone calls I was suppose to close September 30th here it is October 20th and still haven't closed still haven't got my money. Complete lack of communication not keeping me informed on anything. Tammy and Sharon and Dana all ignored my calls I had to use a different phone number so someone would answer me!!!! Lack of professionalism. I am literally homeless with no money from my house I sold a month ago!!!

Bought a new ,to us, home and they were so very helpful and welcoming to us! They walked us through each step ,taking time to explain and answer every question we had. I would highly recommend this company and they great people that work here to anyone who is going through the long process of home buying! Thank You for all that you do!

I won't recommend Malheur Title to my clients. They have ZERO communication efforts and it is hard to even get a hold of anyone to relay information through the process.
