Stark medical is by far the best medical provider in the area hands down. Sometimes the wait can be a long process, but it's because of the fact that Jody helps so many people and takes time to listen to and deal with any and all issues her patients have. If you are looking for a quick doctor visit with someone who doesn't care about you on a personal level level, then perhaps this isn't the clinic for you. However, I thinknShe is a saint and to be fortunate enough to have that care is a huge blessing that I'm beyond thankful for

This place is getting out of hand. They will never call you back. If your appointment is at 3 you will not be seen until 4:30. You wait weeks and weeks for “Insurance” to approve something just to find out they never even sent the paper work. Or you call and they have no idea about anything your talking about. I’ve already reported them and other people should as well. They can’t keep getting away with this.

Best dr in tbe valley too bad he retired but jodi is awsome as well make them your first choice you wont regret it they take great care of their patients

Horrible beyond belief !! Doctor Stark should have retired over ten years ago! My poor old Grandmother had to wait almost 2 hours in her wheelchair before she got to see the doctor! Even then the doctor didn't even check everything asked but made an excuse to leave the room for another 20 minutes only to come back and FORGET what he was supposed to be checking on my Grandma! He has previously mis-diagnosed my Grandma before too! The whole staff is so disorganized, unprofessional and rude. Their phone etiquette is the most unprofessional as they come, every time I call them I'm placed on hold for way too long, every time I talk to someone different they always have a different answer. The only reason I gave one star is because there's no option for ZERO stars.
