This place is amazing! The office staff are very friendly, courteous, and easy to talk to. Chad is the best! He's an amazing physical therapist. Hands down the best physical therapy experience I've ever had. Chad sincerely cared about my goals, and where I wanted to be at the end of therapy. I don't think I would have had as much success anywhere else. Highly recommended!

I am a receiving care at TIA for the second time. I have enjoyed their friendly and professional service. My therapist listened to and address my concerns professionally with compassion. The treatments provided in the facility and the homework assigned have helped me be more productive while recovering.

Therapeutic Associates in Central Point has been absolutely amazing from the first minute I walked in through the door. The staff and physical therapists both care how you are doing and make feel like your part of the family. I have had a frozen shoulder for about 1.5 years and I honestly had given up on the idea that it would ever get better. I started physical therapy with Chad Dybdahl PT and within the first week I was surprised at the progress I had made already in range of motion. Let me tell ya, it’s a great feeling when you can reach up enough to brush and curl your hair with the arm that I had not been able to use for over a year. I have just completed 4 weeks and am extremely happy with the progress I have made with my shoulder. They are extremely knowledgeable and very practical. And most of all, they take the time to listen to what you are saying - They care!! Even when it came to scheduling, they have bent over backwards to schedule my appointments early so that it works with my work schedule. I am extremely happy with Therapeutic Associates and would highly recommend them to everyone!!

The bad reviews on this website cannot possibly be with the same staff that I encountered when I went there! I had a torn Achilles right ankle, a torn meniscus left knee and a torn right shoulder. Chad did an amazing job helping me to recover from all 3 injuries. The facility is spotlessly clean every time I went there. Sydney and Christine helped me warm up and were always smiling.. A professional office from start to finish. They even worked around the crazy covid19 and all the surrounding fires when the public's schedule's got crazy.nThanks you guys. Outstanding! Experts at physical therapy.nThis is the place to go if you need help getting rehabilitated! The staff are excellent and have expertise in helping you heal, get strong, and back to life as you want it to be. I had both knees replaced and after going to Therapeutic Associates, where they helped me literally get back on my feet, I now know that I am extremely lucky that I found them. They are all caring, professional, compassionate, and have an extreme amount of knowledge. If I ever need to go back for physical therapy oh, this is the only place that I will go. I have been to many places and at a lot of them it seemed like no one really knew what they were doing. If you want to have a fantastic outcome and have people who are extremely knowledgeable, then this is the place to go!
