The manager Michelle was definitely not helpful as a business I feel I have the right to have my questions answered when an employee's paycheck is held for 10 days after it cleared my bank instead she kept saying thank you and trying to interrupt every time I asked a question and continued to do so until the call was ended
I have been a US Bank customer for over 20yrs and this was the slowest bank I have ever been to! They had no one in the drive through, and only two customers at the counter and it took over 20 mins just to be talked to! They sat there and talked and told stories while we waited to do a deposit. If you can avoid this bank, I would! Unless your looking for someone to talk to and counsel you about your life. What a waste of time!
Well I was there on Wednesday morning to cash my check and person who ever it was she had me there waiting like 10 minutes because there was someone in from and out of no where she comes back yelling say that I need to go inside
