I love this store. People are very friendly and helpful. They seem to always have what I need. No hassle with returns. They are very customer friendly. Garden plants are very healthy and well cared for too.

Everyone in windows ignored us and werenon their phones when trying to get help.. we'll take our business to Lowes.. Sometimes i just want to go through self checkout and be left alone Cynthia at the cash registers, was very short didn't have much customer service or friendly at all, and man handled our purchases. Good thing prices were decent on our items.

Having had the opportunity to be part of the staff that opened this store, it seems like a 100 years ago, it has changed. The business model is different, the service is what you expect. I think 'ehh' is the best way to describe it. The parking is terrible for a home depot. But they do maintain an upbeat environment, plant selection is fair in the season, and you can get in and out in just under two hours.
