The guy here, Sam, is absolutely amazing. Knows whats going on and how to help. He's fast, efficient, and has top notch customer service skills.

The gentleman here was awesome and handled my paperwork quickly. Far better service that any DMV I've been to along the I5 corridor.

Had an appointment at 940am today. I scheduled it over 3 weeks ago. I live over an hour away. I arrive this morning 15 minutes early. No one is around and no signs are up saying anything. I wait until my appointment time thinking the guy might live close and is at home late or something. Time comes and goes so I look up their website to find a phone number. On the website it says they are closed due to environmental hazards. Why wasnt any signage posted? Y'all have my number and email why wasnt i notified? I expect y'all to call me and schedule an appointment as soon as you open. Maybe throw me $10 for gas too huh? I think that would be fair.
