This place is a joke! Most of the staff was friendly and nice but Lesa Cahill LPN (lower paid nurse)should be changing bed pans and giving handys because that is all she is qualified for. After clearing me for a fit for duty exam she contradicted herself by also writing that she believed I was a safety hazard due to my medication and got me fired from a $4000 a week job. She can’t even write a prescription for ibuprofen but decides to give a medical opinion in a field she is uneducated in. Worthless bull.... see you in court maggot.

Avoid this place unless you like COVID-19!!! Very dirty and unsanitized! Lesa Cahill was wearing dirty exam gloves and doesn’t clean any of her exam tools or exam room! SUPER SPREADER ALERT!!!!
