Called to resolve a situation with licence. Person answering phones was extremely helpful and informed, as well as kind. Wish I had her name, she was great.

Terrible public servants, won’t even answer the phone, return emails, or voicemails. What are we even paying them for?

I called with a few questions and I understand they can't give legal advice, but wanted to say that the woman Melissa who answered the phone is very professional, kind, patient and compassionate.

Seems everyone here has a fear of phones. I don't even know why they have phones, nobody answers them anyway.
