Michael was so friendly, polite and helpful when I came into the Verizon store. not to mention I’m an AT&T customer!nwithout feeling guilty, he was able to help me figure out the problem with my phone, got me a new phone, and made the whole experience simple and easy!! Not to mention I had my nine-month-old baby with me and he was so helpful with having her there and getting us out the door before lunch!nI give the Sidney Verizon store five stars and if I was the manager there I’d be giving Michael a raise!nHe knows exactly what he’s doing, he has amazing customer service skills, and he made the whole experience an overall Win!nNow I’m considering switching carriers after almost 10 yrs with AT&Tnall because of his help yesterday!

Michael helped me get set up with a whole new line and phone and he was absolutely great! Very patient with me and made sure I got everything I was looking for! He will definitely be who I work with anytime I go in the store!!
