Laura was friendly and very knowledgeable! Overall a great experience! We did work on force plates to set some baseline measurements for vertical jump assessment. So glad Build Physio has all the up to date assessment tools that an athlete needs!!!

We LOVE Build Physio & Performance!nTheir physical therapist are on top of it! Laura Opstedal is amazing! She will work hard to help you get better.nOur daughter is a ballet dancer & was having issues in her Achilles tendon from her dancing on her toes. Most physical therapist here in the valley would not know anything about this dancers issue. But, Laura worked hard & pulled all her resources (talking with other physical therapist who work with dancers around the world) to help resolve our daughters issues. Wow! Just, WOW! Who does that? Laura & her team do. Can't say enough fabulous things about Build Physio. They are just AMAZING!

Staff at BP&P are awesome. Your success is their success. They understand what it takes to overcome injury or the work it takes to get back to your job, sport, activity. They care.

Everyone who works at Build is incredible. Laura and Erin helped my partner after his stroke when he was paralyzed on one side. He has gone from using a wheelchair frequently to almost never using a cane, and the progress continues at a fast rate. Lisa is so helpful and kind. They always go above and beyond, and I would recommend them to everyone!
