If you have a loved one who is suffering from Alzheimer’s or dementia, I suggest you look outside of the Helena medical community & specifically Dr Clark. A few years ago my mom was referred to Dr Clark. She (rightly) referred us to a cognitive specialist in Missoula. My mom was diagnosed with “dementia” which I now understand is much more complicated. Followed up with Dr Clark & her only response was “see me in a year & we”ll see if she needs another test”. A year later and I don’t need a test to know my mom is doing worse. Made a follow up appointment. Email confirmation & portal appointment showed an appointment at 3:20. Arrived in time only to be told that we were a half an hour late. St Pete’s texted my mom that the appointment was changed to 2:40. A woman with dementia who does not have the ability to understand a text or even to text her loved ones. Instead of understanding, Dr Clark was unprofessional & dismissive. She did not address my mom or me, she simply expressed that we were late & didn’t have time for us. I’ve never been treated like this by a healthcare professional. I guess when you don’t have competition, you can act in an unprofessional manner. Well, there are other other physicians who actually care for their patients & I intend to see them. I’d give zero stars but the app won’t let me.

Very rude, unprofessional, and willing to harm patients. She also comes in with an opinion of you and won't even look at your medical file. When explaining my ptsd she went right for my trigger spots. I was attacked from behind and have been in therapy for it and she didn't care at all and instead went right for my trigger spots. I have reported her to the board. She should be fired. Would give negative 5 stars if google allowed.

6 years ago I visited with her on multiple occasions due to my nocturnal seizures. She understood my life style and kept re assuring me that my conditions would not hold me back from being a active father to my daughter. She made me feel better about my situation and she genuinely cared. Just that alone made her the best neurologist I've ever met with. Thank you!

I was taken in quickly and seen quickly, which is always a plus when going to the doctor. However, I felt like I was not taken seriously and rushed out. There was blood work done and I have yet to receive my results. The doctor did not read my medication list and sent in a prescription for a medication I was already taking for the exact same dose.

I am extremely distressed at the negative reviews that I see on this site and find that they are not patients. It there is something that I can do to improve the experience for my patients please let me know and I will accommodate your needs. Every patient has my utmost respect and I want to improve your healthl
