The staff in the grooming salon was amazing!!! They took such good care of my sweet pup, who's absolutely terrified of getting her nails trimmed. It's nice that they do walk-in appointments and they were able to help us right away. I was in & out of the store in 10 minutes with a happy, freshly manicured pup!

The staff here exceed my expectations. They were friendly, caring, and very helpful. Any questions we had, they did their best to find an answer. They tried their best to save us money, they gave great suggestions, and made us feel comfortable about adopting a tortoise. They take great care of the animals they have in the store, and we were confident in our purchases.

Everyone is pleasant and we are able to find what we need. We were even offered future services if cutting my own cat's nails didn't work out (so far it's a success!)

Amanda, in the grooming department of the Bozeman Petco, deserves more than 5 stars. She can handle large (very excited dogs) to extra-small (nervous dogs) with no problem. She will spend time to answer any questions I have & will always work with any situation I may have going on. My dog (Jet) absolutely loves her & so do I!!!! No grooming-related task intimidates Amanda. Before finding Amanda, prior groomers would insult me & my dog because of his rambunctious behavior. Amanda has never made me feel bad, even though I know Jet can be a handful. She does excellent work not only with animals but humans, as well.
