Desert Christian Schools

I was fortunate enough to graduate from Desert Christian High School in 2009. This is truly an amazing school! The academics were rigorous but provided me with the necessary knowledge to remain successful in college.nnAt Desert Christian, it was clear from the moment I first visited that Christ was at the center of all things on campus . Where else in Tucson can you find that style of education? I am extremely happy that I went to Desert and am excited to see how this school continues to enrich the world!

Desert Christian is an wonderful school. My daughter began going there in Kindergarten and is now a Senior! It provides a strong academic foundation for kids with a staff that is loving and caring. It is a place of grace where God is a part of each and every day. My daughter's experience at Desert Christian will guide her for her whole life! There is a PS, K-8 campus as well as a High School campus. The Middle School laid the foundation for my daughter's love of mission work and serving others. I highly recommend anyone looking for an excellent Christian school to take a look at Desert Christian.

I went there looking for not only a school for my 3 and 5 yr olds, but also a community and spiritual enriched education .We were coming from a Catholic school and I felt there was something missing,.so after my husband and I did our research. We decided on desert Christian.nI'm new to the area, and my husband is of Jewish decent, when the principal heard this he did not make me feel welcome, but more then that, he made me feel less then. I went there with a open heart, and mind, and thought they would be accepting and excited to have us. All I want is the best for my babies .He said something like it biblically the husbands roll to help lead the family in religion and since your husband is Jewish. That's not the case . I felt discriminated against and left in tears. GOD is accepting why is this school not ?

When I first discovered DCS, I heard that they had a great reputation in the community, and genuinely partnered with their families in providing a high-quality, Christ-centered, education for their students. Now, as part of the DCS community, I can attest to the high level of commitment and care to each child as an individual. It is an honor and a blessing for our family to be here. Thank you DCS!
