I went to this place for physical therapy on my shoulder neck and just upper back. They had me doing exercises that had nothing to do with my shoulder on the very first day. One of the exercises they had me do was supposed to be for my lower back in which I noticed they had other people doing the same thing. That is nothing out of the ordinary however I told them I had lower back problems and that it hurt. Even the exercises they had me do on the very first day for my shoulder made it hurt worse than it did before going there. They were very apologetic about it however, I just never felt comfortable there after that but continued to go for several more sessions before I decided to stop. Honestly it was a waste of time and a waste of money.

In mid August I had a shoulder replacement.By coincidence a friend was having the same procedure one week after mine by the same surgeon. I had been to Desert Palms for successful therapy about 4 years ago and new that’s where I would be going to help my new shoulder recover. I just ran into her today she is still in a sling. I have had almost full use of my arm for at least a month. Desert Palms has a very welcoming vibe with very qualified therapists. They think out of the box to address your specific needs. Thank you to the whole staff at Desert Palms. On a scale of 1to10 I give it a 20.

Desert Palms staff professionalism, communication, customer care, and overall patient results are above reproach. I worked at Desert Palms for several years as a physical therapist. The front office staff are well organized and friendly. All of their therapy staff are compassionate and very skilled at finding out the root cause of pain. They work together as a team to reach each patient's goals. This place is truly an excellent place for healing!

Kristen has been treating me for neck pain. She is without doubt the most competent, professional and diligent physical therapist I've encountered. She clearly has the best interest of the patient at heart. It has been a privilege to work with her.
