Bear Lake Luxury Rentals - Bear Lake Farmhouse

We were up here for a family vacation Aug 2020. House is solid, plenty of space if you got little ones, indoor slide, hot tub, and very close to Garden City. The 2 star knockoff for me is there isnt AC in the room we stayed in which may be unique only to this room upstairs. We opened a window but were woken up by construction tractor right next door very early Saturday (best guess was a little before 7) that woke up our little ones and the whole house. It looks like they are putting in a pool so if you're looking at this place I would punt to summer 2021 until construction is over.

Stayed over memorial weekend, great location had a wonderful time with my family, kids loved the house. Owners were great to work with.
