Epic Getaways And Retreats

We had a big group of 30 people and wanted a place to stay in Bear Lake. We found Epic Getaways and Retreats. They had a cabin slash awesome house that we stayed at. The cabin was easily able to accommodate our big group with 7 rooms and bathrooms to match. They had a hot tube that hit the spot after a long day of Skiing. We needed some extra towels and they were great to bring some over. We felt like they were easy to work with from the booking to giving us ideas of things to keep us busy. We were able to get discounted beaver mountain ski passes through them as well. Thanks for a great weekend.

Wow! This place is an amazing find. Located within walking distance to Bear Lake Marina, the family suite has everything you'd need to create family memories. Outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, tennis courts, beach access, 40 seat theater room, air hockey table, small playground and a fire pit.nThe on-site manager (Barb) was so accommodating and attentive. I appreciated her checking in to make sure we had all our needs met.nThe pictures don't do justice to this place. With granite countertops throughout the entire unit, and a spacious floorplan you'll have plenty of room for everyone. The decor was tasteful and minimal. The place was sparkling clean and the kitchen was amazing.nThere are 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms which house 23 beds!!! The bunk room was a great feature for a cousin sleepover. There were 21 of us, and everyone had plenty of space.nBarb had connections for water and land rentals through a sister company where we were even offered a discount. I'm excited to return next year and maybe even come explore their winter rentals. I would highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed.

Terrible experience working with Mark here. Although I was told I had 48 hour free cancelation, he still only reimbursed me half of the $5000 charge when I had multiple people bail on me and needed to cancel less than 24 hours after booking. Tried to work with him and he even told me he would only charge the state fees he incurred from the booking and then only paid me half back and refused to respond to any texts. If you want to work with someone with any integrity I would NOT choose this place! Extremely disappointed!
