Papa Bear Lodge

Great place for a large group! Awesome kitchen & eating area. Bedrooms worked superb for lots of kids! We are glad it’s close to a small ski + sled area and do hope to return! It’s amazing how big the cabin actually is even though by the looks of it from the outside it doesn’t seem like it could have THAT much space.nA few negatives:nFloors needed a desperate mop & carpets could’ve used a deep clean. Dirty upon arrival.nOur room (arches/ lone peak) would randomly smell terribly of sewage. Unsure why.nAlso, It would’ve been great to have access to a floor vacuum that worked well to clean up each evening. No sleds to use, had to haul our own from home.nThe “sheriffs” or police-men in town were terrible power trippers. A member of our group received a ticket for an absurd reason. Just FYI to those of you traveling here

We had such a wonderful time here. We would love to go back.

Fantastic cabin, more than enough room for a whole side of a family or both sides really. Classic cabin feel with modern amenities, beds comfy and super super clean. Would definitely stay again.
