While your experience may vary depending on which cabin you get, I had a good experience with my family at Big Bear Cabin. The administration sometimes feels like they're breathing down your neck, but the cabins are great. There's tons of bedrooms and beds, which was perfect for my huge group of 30 in my extended family. There was enough queen sized beds for all 4 sets of parents, and there was enough bunks for every child (6 sets in the upstairs room, 8 in the downstairs). One thing that did bother me a bit is that the TV's in my cabin were quite small, each one being sub 50-inch. They were all smart TVs, though, the exception being the ancient CRT in the upstairs room. Playing Mario Party with 4 people on a 32 inch TV was quite hard, especially since all the couches aren't at a direct angle to the TV, and are pretty far away (6-8 feet). I did notice that one of the cabins had a nice, large TV, so this problem is likely one of my own. There's tons of places to go during your stay as well. We went to a park, a swimming pool, and of course, to all the attractions associated with Bear Lake.nOverall a great experience.

The view was our favorite part! You get a panoramic view of the lake, marina and the surrounding mountains. We spent time relaxing and eating on the deck with picnic tables and BBQ grill. Everything was clean and well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Thank you.
