Constantly busy. The wait time on the phone is very long. One of the night shift workers freely admitted to me that he doesn't bother to answer the phone during his shift. When things are going well there, it's great. When things are aren't going well, it's a mess. Terrible communication between different shift workers, problems with the automated system, etc. If things were running more smoothly, I wouldndefinitely rate 5 stars.

I am from out of state and the pharmacist and insurance specialist were so kind to call my insurance company on my behalf to fill two prescription's that I forgot at home! Thank you!!!!!

Waited and waited and waited at the drive thru. They ignored the buzzer. Then I called, sat yhre watched the pharmacy tech pickup the phone and hang it up. F this place. Worst Walgreens. Only 24 hr one on Tucson East side...
