So slow. Even if you're next in line you could be there 30 minutes still. Every single time. It's definitely not more convenient to pick up your meds while you grocery shop. Going to switch to a real pharmacy.

Horrible customer service, rude pharmacist and they never fill prescriptions on time. Each tech is completely rude, the pharmacist will not go out of her way and they look at you as if you are selling drugs out on the street. I'll never return to this pharmacy. Boycott Walmart

I had a dangerous surgery and they were the only ones in town who had the medication I needed to stop bleeding out. I tried to explain the severity of the situation the man on the phone because I needed the medication transferred from frys. The guy at the front desk would not let me speak to the pharmacist and was extremely rude to me.(This was after the doctor at the hospital had already asked for the transfer to be processed quickly). He did not care about the severity of my situation at all and made my life after the surgery way more difficult than it should have been. It took 5 phone calls between the hospital and them to finally get the medication I needed that day. Hours later I finally received it just barely before they were closed for the night. The whole situation would have been much more understandable if the uneducated and ignorant man at the front had taken the time to listen to my explanation or even tried to help me at all. I should not have had to call the hospital so many times just for them to get in touch with someone who actually knew what they were doing. The first call they received from the doctor should have been enough.
