I’m switching away from Prescription Labs after repeated problems where I haven’t received messages through the app which has delayed my medications. As a disabled person who can’t always drive delivery services are important to me. I’m missing medication this week since the app doesn’t send messages properly, and they have no delivery today or tomorrow. If you can drive places at will this place will probably work for you but it doesn’t work that well if you are disabled.

Recommend by Monument East Veterinary Hospital for my Husky since she was diagnosed with valley fever. They told me the prescription will be ready at 5:45 pm even though they close at 6:00. I show up at 545 pm like I was suppose to, and call the front desk. Due to covid-19 I requested they bring the medication out to my car. They took my credit Card information, took the money out of my account, and told me they’ll be out shortly. 10 mins go by and I see all the employees start leaving, and naturally I start questioning if I’m going to get my prescription that my dog desperately needs. Nope, all the employees left without giving me my prescription that I paid for. Beyond livid with this place and it’s atrocious service. Will not recommend to anyone. Will be calling in the morning to figure out what the hell happened.

I just want to say that this pharmacy and people that work here are amazing. They all went above and beyond to help me out with medication for my little dog. I would recommend them 110%... Thank you so very much

We've been using Prescription Lab Lab Compounding Pharmacy for over 5 years. We were introduced to them when our Vet Specialist had a special medication compounded there for one of our cats. We are able to get quality, compounded supplements that are superior to the name brands at stores. The ingredients are purer, less filler. They also will mail the supplements. Paying for them to be mailed saves a trip. We have never had any communication problems with them. And, we also make sure we review everything and ask questions, so things are clear. You can also purchase test kits for many things, including hormone testing. When results are in, a technician will meet with you and you can take natural replacements, etc.
