The team at Tucson Fast Park and Relax has been fabulous! I have been parking there on almost a weekly basis for the past four years. Lisa, the manager, has been absolutely delightful and is very passionate about her role. I can’t say enough about the drivers; one of the best is Joe. Joe goes out of his way to greet me and he will even come to my car to get my luggage. Melissa works the desk area in the afternoons. She will always come out of the building to welcome me back home each week. It’s nice to get that small town feeling after being on the road so much. It is the kindness that the Tucson Fast Park staff have shown me over the years that keeps me returning.
We Loved this service. It was easy, relatively inexpensive and the customer service was great. We traveled with 4 people and 2 were disabled. The driver helped unload our baggage and put it on the shuttle. The shuttle was quick and got us to the airport without any hiccups. When we got to the airport, driver unloaded everything and helped us off. On our return, the shuttle was already there, helped load luggage and got us to our car. Driver also helped us reload everything into the car. We were half hour late on the reservations but the price barely changed. Great experience!
Quick pickup after parking at facility and at airport on return. Courteous, helpful drivers with luggage. Point system makes parking even more affordable.
Anytime I travel, I feel comfortable knowing that my car is safe here! The reps have all been most friendly and they take a keen interest in dropping you right in front of your car! Thanks Fast Park & Relax!!
Fast Park was very convenient and close to the airport. Easy to pull in and park. Easy to reserve if you want to do that ahead of time. The driver of the shuttle promptly arrived right at our car to assist with luggage and take us to the airport. Very pleased with the service and convenience from start to finish. Will definitely being using Fast Park for our parking needs when traveling in the future.
