Don't park here. Have to get in walk-in line to pay. Then wait for guys to let you out. each process took me 30 minutes, totaling 60 minutes to get out. Most stupid process ever. Someone please fix this so others don't go through what hundreds went through last night. Or just don't park there.

I’m disabled. There used to be parking out front for us. Now that’s reserved for construction crews. There are a handful of disabled spaces on the first level, but they aren’t well marked and well spaced for wheelchair access.nnI complained to the city too because there is no disabled parking street side on that block either.nnNot cool Tucson. Not cool.

This place sucks. Takes forever to leave after an event. AVOID AT ALL COST. Park somewhere else even if you have to walk a bit further. Unless you woke up today and said to yourself “I’d really love an experience to exercise my patience today”, park elsewhere.

DO NOT PARK HERE EVER!!!nnWalk 3 miles, pay more somewhere else, drag yourself over broken glass but never park here!nWe attended a sparsely attended hockey game. This garage doesn't make you pay as you enter, so when you come out, you stand in giant lines to pay the hourly rate-parking cost us $4. Then it took an HOUR to get out of the garage because each car has to scan their ticket, wait for the arm to go up and then exit, one at a time! It's beyond ridiculous. All the other lots were cleared, and we were still 2 stories up waiting.nI'd give this no stars, but that is not possible.nDo yourself a huge favor, park anywhere else but in this parking garage!

40 minutes to exit garage after a Roadrunner's game Saturday night. One guy at the exit, and due to some equipment problem he had to activate the ENTRANCE gate manually and then bang a metal plate on the detector on the in-ground sensor on the entrance side for every single car that wanted to EXIT. None of it made any sense, but it was obviously SOP because he had the metal plate and had the procedure down. In addition, the payment system at the garage is clear as mud. Everyone stood in line to pay at a kiosk because that appeared to be the drill. Ridiculous. And unnecessary (although no one knew that.) Only this method took your parking ticket and issued you a receipt. And then Mr. Working-His-Butt-Off at the exit said he needed the stub the payment machine ate. He couldn't explain the issue, gave up and just let everyone out. Management of this facility leaves EVERYTHING to be desired. Won't park there again.
