The first few times it was alright but this last time I went it seemed like a completely different place. I’m not sure if it was new management but the guy helping park was very rude and unprofessional. They then didn’t have the projection was a quarter off the screen. And to add to all this they ended the movie before it was over and the staff left before everyone was even gone. Very bad experience compared to the first few times.
Showed up for a Harry Potter movie and the place was closed up. The phone number I managed to get a hold of went straight to voicemail. Do not waste your time or money trying.
Really enjoyed going with 2 of my boys to see The Croods A new age !

Horrible customer service! They cancelled my movie and didn't contact me. After waiting about 45 minutes outside the gate, I messaged the El Toro facebook page only to be told the movie was cancelled and I should have received an email. There were about 7 or 8 cars waiting behind me so I guess they didn't get the email either?? Extremely unprofessional, let's hope I actually get a refund!
