I was in the Yuma area and being a military retiree myself I had to go out and see this place for myself.nFirst off it's quite the drive down a rough dirt road - once I arrived I was surprised at how small of an area it's in - and most RV sites (Hope you like the next door RV'r) are nothing more then small concrete pads crammed in very close together - so good luck trying to get a good sized 5th wheel in one those - Very disappointing!nAll in all - in my opinion anyway - is that it's not worth the drive or hassle for the high cost of $32 a night.

We drove one hour to fish and use the beach to be turned away because my retired 39 year old spouse can’t use the facility because he’s no longer active duty. Web site not updated to let people know it’s not opened to retirees because they are older and because covid19 the CO made this decision to not allow retired men and women . This is flat out discrimination! We live in Yuma are by no means old. It’s our responsibility to keep safe social distancing not the facilities. Giving 20 years to be turned away.

I rented for a week with no maid service. It was a great deal. Nice place. BUT, an employée went through my park model every day and went through my things. not to clean, just snoop. Quite creepy, I left early even though there are no refunds. I would definitely go back if he was not there..
