Pretty awesome experience. My only concern is the covid restrictions, even though we're outside they're deciding to limit Ramada reservations. It makes no sense because it's not an enclosed space plus most people aren't even together...

Spaces are small and close to each other but would stay there for sure. You will have your fair share of wild burros.

Wish they had a bathroom at the ranger station - they might, but it was closed when I visited. It's okay though - the bushes did me fine.

Fun location. No wifi in certain spots though, but, if that is what you're looking for in cqmping, great!

Went on a group bike ride up to Alamo Lake It was a nice ride and Alamo Lake was beautiful It always surprises me when there are no trees around the Lake. Alamo Lake is Known for one of the best bass fishing in Lakes in the state It's also cool to see the wild burros up there Roaming the desert
