I found this place through a FB group as I was looking for a personal trainer. Keep in mind this was my first time working out in almost 20 years. My trainer Dartanian Goff is amazing. Its a smaller gym which I love, but they have all of the equipment you need. Reassuring to see both extremely fit people and people who are working on themselves. I didn't feel judged which was important for me especially starting out. Everything is kept clean and sanitized. Everyone so professional and all the trainers encourage you. Looking foward to all the sweat and tears. I found the perfect place to get in shape!!

Fun Motivating Atmosphere. Clean and welcoming.nNick Is an inspirational fit trainer/owner with years of experience. I’m recommending this gym to friends.
