The convenience of renting while actually your payments are being credited towards a final purchase is great when you realize the item now truly belongs to you! Now to shop for my next 'rental'.....

I don't usually do these kinds of purchases through lease agreements. But my refrigerator is going kaput and I needed a new one sooner then I could buy one outright (having 3 kids and household of 6) it was an express item I chose, so I could get it within 2-3 days. I placed the order on Sunday its now Tuesday night after store hours and no one has called to schedule a delivery as its instructed will happen in my confirmation email. I called on Monday and they said they were waiting to hear from wherever the refrigerator is being shipped from. So the 2-3 day express part is a bunch of GARBAGE. I definitely won't do this ever again and as much as I hate opening a line of credit with the credit union or store credit options next time I am in need of something like this that will be my first option.

We bought a TV from there a few months ago and it was fine. Then we put in an application for a stove but decided not to get it and they've called me 10 times in a month with real no information but accusing us of having the oven and not paying for it. I assured them numerous times that we don't have it, and they haven't come out to check they just continue to call telling us we have it and need to pay for it. The application was through my husbands name but they've been talking to me (his wife) every time they've called but today when the very rude manager called, she apparently could give me no information. Safe to say I'll never get anything from them again and will make sure that none of my friends or family does either.
