We sent our furniture back for a warranty repair that was supposed to take a few weeks. Until then, we had always had good experiences with House and Garden. But that was 6 months ago and not only is the repair not completed yet but they are now refusing to communicate with us and won't tell us where our furniture even is. I'm beginning to think they either lost our furniture or are using it in their own backyard. Meanwhile, it's now April and we have nothing to sit on in our backyard. Terrible communication and even worse customer service.

We purchased some wicker (plastic) patio chairs from House 'N Garden about 5 years ago. After about 2 years one of the chairs had to be replaced under warranty. House 'N Garden took care of everything! This year another of the chairs had some broken weaves. We contacted House 'N Garden and Tom Tudor replied to our problem. Since the chairs were beyond their 3 years warranty, Tom offered to help repair or replace the chairs at cost. We were impressed with such good customer service, concern for our problem, and offer to help resolve it. We will definitely do future business with this excellent company!
I highly recommend this place both for first-rate merchandise and for excellent service. Tom stands behind his products so you never have to worry about problems arising. Now that I know about House and Garden, I would never go elsewhere..
