My son and I went in on Friday night to buy furniture for our new home I had closed on earlier that day. After realizing I wasn’t going to be able to spend as much I would have liked, Ashley patiently listened to what I wanted and what I was working with financially. To my surprise this staff member led me around the store to just the right things, at just the right prices. She was friendly, personable, and professional. I was also very impressed with how knowledgeable she was with the products Levitz sells. I felt bad about changing colors at the last minute and other minor things - but Ashley was great. She wasn’t in the least tired of me, or frustrated, as I may have been if I were her. She even told me that my delivery would be 2 days later! I was very happy with my shopping experience, thanks to Ashley. She is a great representative and asset for Levitz.nRachael Walters

My wife and I bought some nice bedroom furniture at Sam Levitz this week and we were ably assisted by two salesmen. On Wednesday we bought a queen bed frame with a beautiful headboard. We were assisted by Jesus, who patiently guided us in selecting the right bed frame and in getting our credit established.nWe returned Friday and bought the rest of our bedroom set, including a dresser, chest of drawers, night stands and a new mattress for our queen bed frame. We were ably assisted by Chris Moreno, who helped us select our furniture and mattress and made sure we understood the prices, warranties and delivery options.nWe are very satisfied with our purchases and the service we received.

Juan Rivera is the best salesman I have ever met. From the moment we walk in he always has a smile, he makes us feel like a family and is always ready for us. He also takes the times to explain the products and the differences and is always proactive looking for ways to help us get a better deal. If you read this review and you want to buy furniture, ask for Juan Rivera. You won’t be disappointed.

We purchased a Beautiful sectional couch. We worked with Chris Rice. From the moment we met him in the showroom he was friendly and helpful. Chris was knowledgeable not only about product but the buying and delivery process. While we waited for our delivery he answered all my texts, even on his day off! He even gave me great ideas for what to do with our old couch. The delivery team was on time, courteous, and fast! All around we had a great experience. The next time we need to purchase furniture we will definitely be calling Chris Rice!
