Coronado National Forest Supervisor's Office

During the Covid-19 situation the office says it's open. It is open to the extent that they will answer the phone occasionally to tell you that they can''t really help with anything. Don't believe that they are open. I would have much rather they just said they are closed than pay for parking and walk across downtown to find out that no one is allowed in and there isn't any service to be had. Waste of time and effort. 2 starts for finally answer the phone.

Had a great girls getaway at Parker Canyon Lake last week and generally loved the experience, but the bathrooms at the campground were absolutely disgusting - trash strewn and toilet paper was at a premium. We ran out at one and had to drive to another. There was only one other party at the site, so I can't imagine how long since they had been serviced. I sure felt bad for the crowd of people coming in on Friday night!

Excellent folks doing an excellent job!
