I am not one to post 1 stars but the head Pharmacist lady at INA rd. could not be more unprofessional and talked down to me when asked a question. She had absolutely no compassion at all nor any understanding for an issue that was easily solved, at least in my opinion. While one lost customer will not matter to them, I hope she at least gets told to read about her reviews.

We just moved to this area and have been getting to know the best places to shop. Lindsey was my cashier today, can I just say she was so helpful and friendly! She gave me some good tips about the area and shopping. I look forward to returning to this CVS. If all staff is this kind, helpful and friendly we will be frequently shopping here. Oh! Plus all of my factory coupons worked and even with their sale prices!

I am very happy with the service at this location's pharmacy. I needed a specific brand of medicine that isn't available at another pharmacy I had used. CVS got my prescription transferred, special ordered my medicine and had it ready for me the next day. I believe her name is Christine or Christina who helped me with all of this. I appreciate how she made me feel that she was not rushed despite how long everything took. I will continue to pick up my medicine here.

I was there last night to pick up an Rx and was disappointed, I didn’t have a positive experience, the lady at pharmacy counter wasn’t too happy to be working there and I felt it, I just left instead of waiting for my Rx.nnThis morning I had a positive experience, despite the messy construction, I observed two separate pharmacy employees care about their jobs and others, a young lady came out to clear the path for customers to get through and she organized the waiting area so it looked neater, then at check out Mike was very helpful and friendly, yes, even with masks you can tell if there is a smile or frown behind the mask... you can feel the whole vibe and today was smiles and good vibes.nIt’s nice to see employees who care about their jobs and helping others, leaving 5 stars for Mike and the other young lady (didn’t get her name).
