I finally have continuity of care. Dr. Moore & Nurse Practitioner David Rudolph listen to what have to say, thoroughly assess my issues, & discuss my concerns. A plan of care is then devised to meet my needs.nnI also appreciate how everything is coordinated with all of rhe Staff. If anything needs to be addressed in between appointments help & solutions are always available with just a phone call. I have also been able to get timely appointments if unexpected health problems arise.nnI would highly recommend Sonora Family Practice to family & friends.
