Should have listened to the other reviews but decided to try out anyways due to the ER next door referring us and the convenient location. The staff wasn't the worst, but they definitely did not appear to care a lot about the patients.

Staff has absolutely no interest in helping patients with prescriptions, etc. Very hard to get anyone on phone who will help you!

We were patients of Dr. Michael DePaso when he was with another medical group. Loved him then, so I thought we would go back. I set up the appointment almost a month ago because my original doc left Tucson. I then got a call about a week ago to finish registration. Then yesterday, I get a message saying I need to reschedule my appointment because the doc doesn't do new patients via telehealth. I call to reschedule and the rep changes my original appointment from telehealth to in person. I drive all the way to Old Vail Rd to get told by the people at the front desk that that the doc is overbooked for new patients today and the next available appointment is the second week of March. THE SECOND WEEK OF MARCH...ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I now have no one who is able to submit for the refills of medications. I guess to the ER I go for blood pressure and insomnia meds. What a waste of time, gas and breath. What a joke!!!

This is the most unorganized offices. The medical assistants do not get back to you. The PA I was using did not do labs I requested, he would even check off a work order screening before having an X-ray, and being in them medical field you know having an X-ray every year is dangerous and can cause cancer. This is why my job only requires an X-ray every 5 years. The med tech was terrible. I stayed one yr too long dealing with this garbage. Do your self a favor and don’t use this office!

I’m in the medical field and finding a good doctor and staff are hard to come by. Northwest has always been on the lower end for staff and physicians. I unfortunately had to leave a very great office and made a new appointment for the Northwest Allied Physicians Vail office a month ago, appointment scheduled for December 3rd. They call a week before canceling my appointment due to the doctors deployment. I have friends who see this physician and told me about his deployment next year 2020 and the office said they just found out about it. The next available new patient was in February! Really!!nAvoid this office and staff as the patients are not a priority but a number.
