Tried to re-establish care with Dr. Michieli whom I have seen at his previous locations for many years. I was told he had to authorize my appt first before scheduling. Waited a week to hear back. I have had recent concerns with my BP and blood clotting history. Once they called back, had to wait 6wks for an appt. Now, just received a call that they need to reschedule my appt on Monday because they overbooked due to their new computer system. Not a great way to start and I have lost trust in this group. Establishing care with another practice where my needs are met and a sense of urgency valued.

I've personally worked with a few of these physicians and followed them for my personal care. Love them and they try hard to meet your needs and find what will work best!

I am always listened too and my issues are addressed with promptness. I told my doctor on my first visit almost 4 yrs ago that if I came in with an issue too rest assured that it was legit. I have highest regards for my PCP.

Had an appointment with dr.evans.. this facility has rescheduled the appointment 5 times.. when we arrive today they tell me that the doctor left for a family emergency so they had to reschedule for next month which is 5 weeks later.. they told me they tried to get a hold of me on the 25th but I never once received a call and they didn't leave a message.. honestly what kind of doctor does this to their patients.. I am so disappointed on how all this turns out.. it shows that this doctor just doesn't care.... what a shamennI'm here giving another update.. so I took my wife after so many months of rescheduling.. and it was a bad experience. Doctor Evan's was absolutely rude.. my wife doesn't speak the best English cause she is asian and the doctor was getting irritated by her. So I stepped in to translate and it looked like this doctor was just not having it.. it seem like she was in a hurry and didnt want to do her job.. this particular doctor is not good..
