Wonderful and personable staff. Flexible scheduling options. My progress has taken time but Nadia and Iyke have worked in strengthening my shoulder post surgery. Nadia focuses on stretching, strength, and wellness by setting attainable goals. Highly recommended.

This Therapy facility is wonderful. I have been to other places but this one for me is best. Heather is very professional assistant Marcus goes the extra mile in explaining why a certain exercise is done and how to do it for the best benefit. Lupita is a gem also. William was my therapist the first session after hnee surgery. Now Heather is helping me heal a pinched back nerve. She also gives me home exercises to do.

First, I went to a different physical therapist for a work injury several years ago. They were ok. Very nice but not super impressive technique-wise. Last year after a car accident I was referred to STI by my dr with a not very positive prognosis for my frozen shoulder. I was fortunate enough to get Will as my physical therapist. A+++ He is knowledgeable, incredibly skilled, patient, optimistic and beyond professional. He took my high-risk status into account, schedule-wise. He patiently, systematically targeted my injury, manipulating my shoulder to almost 100% use, which is a miracle to me. I feel like a new person. I CANNOT RECOMMEND HIGHLY ENOUGH. Support staff are phenomenal. If you want a trustworthy, dedicated, highly-skilled physical therapist I 100% recommend STI on 24th.
