Terrible service. Ordered a cake and the lady who took my order said it would be easier to decorate if the cake was smaller. They decorated the foil on the bottom! I was misled and very unhappy with the appearance of my cake. I asked them if there was anything they could do to make this right. They offered other cakes that were nowhere near similar to the cake I ordered. They refused to offer any discounts. I would give them a dead star if possible. This place is a disappointment. Carol you run a lousy establishment. And I hope all your cakes melt.
I appreciate that while doing door dash they work on your order whether there are other customers in the store. They don’t put your stuff on the back burner. Also they are always polite and most of the time they are done with the order before I get there.
I love this place.
