Two walk up Atm's and one drive through Atm. Usually pretty quick. Tight space. Atm's let you choose bill denominations when making cash withdrawal.
I came in for a notary. Met with claudia navarro willing helped me n gave a few smile during the process very nice human being! Greet attitude!
Lines are incredibly long. Often, only one teller is available while a management team member paces the lobby and asks questions regarding your visit but isn’t available to offer meaningful help. It’s discouraging to see how BofA treats it’s customers in the area, many of whom are non-English speakers. This branch does not value the time of its customers.
Not enough tellers. Most of the time there is only one. With the bank management walking around asking how they can help. Get behind the teller window if you want to help.
Worst place for customer service, they're not attending you unless you open a new account. I got years in this place and I seriously thinking in move my business account to another bank.
