Animal Kingdom

We came to this location from San Diego just for our beautiful mini schnauzer. My girlfriend and I have been searching for one for a few months and we stumbled upon Animal Kingdom. We did drive a bit further out to this location in Tucson because of the amazing communication from one of the associates there Jeff. I originally wanted a brown one but they sold it before I could get out there. What stood out was that Jeff kept in contact with me. He offered to possibly special order one but also updated me when there was more that came in. Lucky me, there was a girl that came in and the process was so smooth and efficient. Any questions I had he answered or found the answers for me. I felt so comfortable working with him and knew it would be well worth the trip. The day we came, he coincidentally was the one thst greeted us and again amazing communication and you could tell he loved working there and cared for the puppies. Everything was thoroughly explained and he gave good recommendations or advice for all the questions we had. The location is so clean and all the staff was friendly and all the puppies looked happy and was all getting play time. I could see why the puppies always sell out so quickly ( I was always on their website looking at the cuties). I am not the biggest fan of pet stores but this one was different, from the customer service, staff, and even the vets on staff. Thanks to Jeff and the Animal Kingdom Tucson. We definitely will be back soon !

Super friendly and accommodating staff. Their “Homes for Life” program helped us find a puppy within our budget, and even though we were getting the discount, they still treated us really, really well. Clean facilities. Lots of puppy-human interaction. Private “meeting” rooms. Nothing I didn’t like. Thanks, Animal Kingdom!

Recently got our new puppy from here. Cassandra helped us and was amazing! Sadly our puppy had to be treated for kennel cough, but Cassandra was delightful the entire time we were waiting for the medication quarantine to finish. The facility is clean and very modern. Certainly recommend to anyone interested in adding a pet to your family.

Thank you to Andrew for all his help and patience with us as we were looking for our forever fur baby!! He was so helpful and texted me pics & details for puppies we were inquiring about (even on his day off). Kathy was great with helping us take our puppy home. They are so caring and friendly and make you feel comfortable while making this serious decision. Thank you again!! Great group to work with and such a fun store to go to.

I bought Frankie, my mini golden doodle from this store. The whole experience was terrific. Cassandra answered all my questions and was so helpful even after I got home. The puppies are well cared for and very socialized. Highly recommend!.
