International Wildlife Museum

This place is amazing. It is definitely an educational splendor. The international Wildlife Museum has attractions for all ages. They have some of the most detailed displays I've ever seen. This is a terrific place to take the family and spend some time learning about not only natural history but some of the most important aspects of Wildlife Nature has to offer. There are over 400 displays in natural setting habitat dioramas they give detailed information about not only the creatures of the environment but how they survived in that environment. There is a ton of child-friendly displays that offer interaction and Hands-On learning. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to spend time with the family or just get out of the house and learn about nature. They also offer the opportunity to privately rent a place after hours for banquets and parties.

It was just like the Museum of Natural History in NYC but better because you can get closer to the animals. What a great place for all to visit. It took us about 2 hours to go through the entire Museum. You can easily do it in 1.5 hrs if you go quickly.nnThere is a small place to eat or even better bring your own food to eat.nnCheck the website out for special events and discounts.nnI would recommend this place to visit.

Visited today this exceptionally displayed array of animals from around the world. Very professional and friendly front desk staff that was very welcoming. Wonderfully priced entry fee! A terrific way to spend the afternoon in Tucson!

It was very interesting and educational. The museum houses hundreds of taxidermized animal some of of them over a hundred years old. Many of the animals were from private collection, preserves or zoos. The displays were very well done. They reminded me of New York or Washington DC museums' exhibits. Even if you prefer, your animals to be alive (as I do) I believe you will enjoy the International Wildlife Museum. Also, the price was quit reasonable.

Our kids loved this place (3 and 4) and we enjoyed it too! Impressive displays, nice facility, and educational. It’s unique to be able to be so close to the animals to see detail you wouldn’t ever be close enough to see.
