Surprisingly large selection of fish and lizards, given what seems like a small store from the front. Better selection of fish, reptile, and bird supplies than most of the chains. Prices are not too bad for a non-chain store. Staff is very helpful

Best of Tucson hands down. Real mom and pop feel not not the corporate fiasco we are usually forced through necessity alone to patron.

Some of the staff is very polite but not all there feeders for reptiles don't last long and tend to die. The supplys are reasonably priced but not there pets

Was a little upset when I got home with my baby ferret and put the cage together put her in and then realized that the spaces between the bars were too big as she was runt of the litter. They should have known and warned us so we could find a cage with closer bars to make sure she couldn't get out. So now I'm out the money on a brand new cage unless I can sell it myself and I spent just over $400 there. Wanted to bring it back but they said because she was in it for a VERY SHORT time that they wouldn't take it back because would have to get it cleaned. OK bleach costs that much? Cause you know that is what they'll use. So I went to another pet store and got another cage for $200 Grrrr
