Flying home and went to get checked in. I noticed a lady was available but was talking with someone appearing to not needing any service..but I still waited patiently.( Red flag)They finished their little conversation and I walked over. I gave the lady my drivers license and she asked what flight and where was I was going to. I begin to tell her my first stop and my destination then I told her I had to look at my itinerary quickly to have it handy just in case she asks for more info as it happened in the past and she cuts me off and continuously does it indicating she didn't need the info. (BUUT there's a professional way to do so as that is her job) Like what I was saying didn't matter. If I'm traveling, I'm going to check twice on a ticket to avoid any running back to them a second time, right? Very rude, passive and all. I was generally having a great day and she caught me off guard. And if I can remember the person who she was talking with before me, she seem very nice to them. People skills and all...?nGet some customer service and if you hate your job leave or ... just LEARN some damn customer service. It doesn't cost a dime to be nice.

The service is tolerable. The staff is friendly but you can tell they’re trained to be extra upbeat to compensate for other things. I just got off a 4+ hour flight and was only given a mini bottle of water and a mini pack of pretzels. Seriously? Baggage claim was incredibly slow. The flight attendants walk up and down the aisle a million times it feels like to collect trash and if they see you with a drink they’ll linger around waiting to ask you for the empty bottle. What is up with that? It’s excessive. There are zero power outlets in most of their planes. The price of a ticket is comparable to other airlines including Delta and they at least have power and a couple more snacks and water!

Nola who works for AA at the SLC airport is amazing! So helpful and so friendly. It’s employees like this that making traveling hassle free!!!

Charlie sends us back because we did not had a negative covid 19 test. I called the airline before my flight and they said covid 19 test is not required. Charlie was so rude

Real simple here, just dont plan on leaving any where near what the ticket says that they sell you, and I'm not talking about 4 or 6 hour delay, I'm talking mabe you'll get out in the next couple of days!!! Poor agent at the counter has to give you a con artist excuse, but hey they have to eat too, right! Probably why when the sequences are made for final approach to the runway the the controller thinks.. mabe I'll put Southwest in front always got real good service from those guys! I dont know mabe this is your lesson today, yes, take American off my list of airlines to fly! Or should I say sit and wait on. Thanks for reading. Knowledge is power.
