I drove through this area when driving from San Diego to Phoenix. I was given a ticket for a law not enforced in Southern California, not getting into the next lane due to a car parked on the side of the road because the officer claims someone tried to run him over when he was on the side of the road. He tickets for this error constantly since he almost died. The court also messed up my traffic school so I have to pay the ticket. I called to ask since I didn't attend my court date since I attended traffic school. I was told all the information to pay, which I did that same day. Today I received a call about making my next payment...the clerk LIED and said I wanted a payment plan for $20... are you kidding me? The processing fee was $15 but I need a payment plan for $20? So you guessed it, another processing fee is being charged for me to pay the 26.15 (fines occurred due to not paying in full). The court claims they don't get kicks backs or anything but sounds like a SCAM to me. STAY AWAY...MAKE ALL COURT DATES & REPORT THESE FRAUDULENT PEOPLE
Quite friendly place for a court house. Had to deal with a traffic violation and everything was taken care of quickly..not busy at all..A+
Court sent me to collections AFTER taking traffic school. I then went BACK to Wellton to appear in court to uplift my suspended license, plead guilty and PAID MY TICKET!!! Now, they've placed a hold on my registrations until I pay them $598... on top of that ALL of the phone numbers for Wellton courts are a guy named Russ Jones' cell phone number! What is going on?????? and how can I get screwed so badly with NO ONE to talk to!!???????
