Matt is awesome. He helped me repair my shoulder and neck after burying it in the snow last season. The best part was during therapy he took the time to explain what was going on in very to easy language. Highly recommend.

Matthew is just wonderful. I have been battling with persistent inflammation in my shins for the past eight months. As a competitive distance runner, this issue has been a substantial problem, as I have had to take 4-6 week periods off of training every couple of months to try and manage the inflammation. I was referred to Pacrav by a friend, since Matthew does specialize in experience in working with runners. When I first began sessions, I was not running and could still feel the aggressive discomfort of my injury. I was given a complete gait analysis and tailored a therapy treatment that would reduce my inflammation and symptoms while still being able to run and train! I was skeptical at first, because past experiences warranted running to be too excruciating during these episodes of inflammation. To my surprise as the weeks went on and I continued PT treatment I was able to up my mileage every week with minimal pain and symptoms. I can thankfully say that due to Matt's expertise and care, I was able to successfully over come my injury while still training and racing my 50 mile run without any pain! Through Pacrav's knowledge, skillfulness, and understanding I was able to maintain my running, which is such a huge aspect in my life. Thank you Matthew.

Matthew’s treatment for my back was excellent! I was impressed through the entire healing process with his ability to alleviate my symptoms and quickly progress me to the next step. He was patient and willing to answer my extensive questioning, allowing me to understand what was medically going on, as well as instructing me on what the latest research was and where I could read about it. From the beginning of therapy his hands-on massage and simple exercises to do at home (not requiring me to buy any equipment) allowed me to gain pain relief and to speed recovery faster than I ever would have expected. As my recovery progressed and I eased back into an active lifestyle, he informed me what to look out for to avoid re-injuring myself. As I returned to normality he showed me multiple exercises I could incorporate both now and in the future to help prevent this problem from recurring. Thanks to Matthew I was able to get back to climbing, hiking, running and general playing in the mountains in no time! I highly recommend Pacrav!

The information, communication, and delivery of expectations from Matt was spot on! Matt responded to my texts, FaceTime requests, and calls right away and always provided me with insight on what to expect and where I would be headed next. Really appreciate the time, knowledge, and education. The virtual consultations and exercise program had me back to normal status in no time, but the peace of mind through patient education was what I valued most.

Matt made rehabbing my broken arm easy to accomplish and understand. The exercises and parameters he provided were simple enough to do at home and effective enough to get me cleared by my surgeon to get back on the golf course earlier than anticipated.
