Horrible!nDropped off two prescriptions that don’t interact. They told me they couldn’t fill them without insurance approval. I explained that I don’t have insurance and will be paying myself. Then they told me they would have to contact my doctor. I asked how long until the prescriptions would be readyn. They said they couldn’t tell. I asked if they would call me when ready, and they said they don’t do that anymore, that I’ll have to call them to check. After 6 hours and six phone calls, I had to go pick up the prescriptions.nnTook them to a pharmacy down the road, the one next to the library. They filled it in 15 minutes.

The customer service at this pharmacy is terrible. They act stuck up like you are bothering them. Even though there was no line, I still waited over ten minutes to be told by a snotty little girl that she was too busy to help anyone.

2 nights in a row they closed before 9pm. Monday night the lady told she had closed the register so I can't get my High Blood Pressure medication. Tuesday the following night I showed up at 8:33pm and they closed early again. This time they left a note that they closed early due to unforseen event or situation. This is TERRIBLE

I love this pharmacy - it’s been my pharmacy for about 8 years now. I DO NOT like one of the employees. She is always rude and ignores you while in line or in the drive through. My mom once was on speaker while I was in the drive through, it was the first time I had heard her voice since her stroke and she MADE me hang up. Mind you, we weren’t talking - I told my mom to hold on a few minutes because trying to get through to her at the hospital had been difficult. Just the other day she completely ignored my husband after telling him if he wanted help to press the button. HE DID, twice! And of course she still didn’t help him, someone else did. We are close to switching pharmacies because we are tired of being treated like second class citizens.

I called into the pharmacy because I had some questions about coming in for an immunization. I had the pleasure of speaking with Megan and she was so helpful and so polite along with being able to answer all my questions. Thanks for your help girl!
